Poker Related Site For Sale - $180 per month Income

I am selling my site below as I need the cash for other projects, this has been a great little site for me and will continue to be for new owner. I think it has lots of potential, I have hardly touched it in the last 6 months, but with some time and effort it could easily increase revenue.

The site comes with a database of over 4,000 clients, these all have first & last names and up todate email address's. These names have been captured through this site and other sites that I own, they have been marketed to on a regular basis and are very responsive. The list its self I believe to be of great value, lists like this sell for 0.25c per name so there is obvioulsy another income strean here too.

Income at the moment is $180 generated through links at the bottom of the site, these links are generated through Linkworth as you can see below, also I will also carry on paying for a link on the site at $30 per month, this makes it $180 per month. With some little work this could easily be increased.

Anyone one with another site that is related could do geat from this site, as the database is very responsive.

I can offer 3 months Free hosting and mailing management service with this site too as I am paid up untill November 1st 07, the cost after the 3 months is up is only $25 per month and you get use of a great mailing management service plus hosting. The mailing service is through affiliate-systems.net and provides everything you need, including mass mailing plus lots more, however if you wish to move the site and host yourself then this is ok too.

I don't mean to be flippant, but why would anyone pay $30/month for a link on a PR2 site that gets 200 uniques per month. If they had an exceptionally high CTR of 1% they'd be paying $15 per visitor? I can't see why they'd be paying for pagerank value as PR2 isn't worth $30/month.

Can you explain what I'm missing here?

 

Well that is what they pay me, as you can see they have paid since far back as may 06 and have stayed paying me, linkworth supply me with the links so I do not do any wor to find them, I am sure you may be right but if you can improve the page ranking then this can only improve. If I had the time I would do it myself, but I am just so busy, they are genuine payments as the image above shows.
