    $0

I have the .com and you will NEVER get permission from PokerStars to use this, in fact - they will simply take the domain from you.

I would definitely take it if I were you. This domain name has obvious trademark infringements, and if you try to make money from the PokerStars name with it, they will have the right to take it from you, and possibly more.

I would recommend to always avoid buying domain names with trademark issues. Sell it, and stay away from these in the future is my 2 cents.

You can put all the money you want into it, but when PokerStars learns you are making money from their namesake and trademark, they can take it from you no questions asked, and press charges if the want for the money you made from their trademarked term.

Why put a bunch of money into something that can be taken away from you at any time? I would recommend to find a unique service or domain to brand instead of trying to make money off of others peoples trademarks. This is against the law, you know ;)

Don't worry about all that trademark and copyright infringement crap.

There's LOADS of sites that have been running for years that have a trademark and copyright infringement in their domain name, but nothing happens to them.

In fact, you're actually promoting them, so I don't understand why they would want to take you down.

I'd say low-mid $XXX for this one. Good luck! :)

And there are LOADS of those that have been prosecuted for domain intellectual property rights and trademark infringement. Just do a little research before posting up advice. Take the risk if you want, it really depends a lot on the company that holds the trademark. Some take it more serious than others but many businesses actively pursue violators. I have been domaining for over 7 years and have seen it countless times. Good luck with it! ;)

Murphy is perhaps one of the most successful and educated poker affiliates around.

Almost every poker room now days will not allow you to have there name in your domain. Even if you get the green light from your affiliate manager to use that domain no telling when they will decide to take it away from you.

Actually probably around the time your ready to cash out :)

    What don't you guys understand?

A lot of sites will let you do this, I develop minisites like this all day long.

PokerStars has made it very clear that they literally claim these domains back for themselves, I have 20+ PokerStars domains I'd love to use and can't including your .com

I highly reccomend nobody buys this domain, as it won't be developable.

I find all of the TM BS that I see on forums every day funny.

Just because someone else uses a TM domain & gets away with it does not make it right. Yes, not all companies will pursue people for TM issues.

a lot of people say blah blah , companies like fan sites etc. Sure, but this might not always be true with certain domain types.

$0 imho. If you have an offer take it.

I'll tell you what OP, my .com version of your domain expires in early april.....along with 20 other pokerstars domains.

Waste your money on them all you want, I sure won't be renewing them and Stars is the one company that WILL and HAS gone after these domains.
