Tried selling this on TalkFreelance but no one over there seems to actually have any money!

    http://www.pokerfanzine.com

I have developed this site for re-sale. It is an online Poker community with a member base and posts. This site is ready for a marketing expert to come in and promote it.

The site is already listed in Google, and has been approved by Adsense so you can run their ads. The site is yet to make a revenue as the site recieves very few 'guests'.

The layout is 100% custom and unique. I designed it myself. The layout is used on my other forum, www.talkfc.com/footballforum/ - though the colours and logo used on Poker Fanzine will never be used other than on Poker Fanzine.

    What you get:

    - Custom made logo
    - Custom made forum skin
    - Forum database

The vBulletin forum license is NOT included in this sale, but can be purchased at www.vbulletin.com.

This sale is for anyone wanting a Poker community, but does not have the time nor resources to build one. You are buying a unique looking forum from a trusted seller (3 successful sales at SP in the past year).

    BIN: $550

Is this a auction or will you only sell at bin?

I am willing to start an auction if it will encourage more bids. But I would need it to start at $300. Going up in $25's please.

Are you allowed Adsense on gambling sites like that?

Like I said in my opening post, it has been approved by Adsense.

Doesn't look to be a gambling site.
