Imo id ask for a grace delete and your money back. the domain is not brandable nor does it have much reseller value. domain names like this only become valuable if they get high traffic from keywords and you can prove the traffic or if you make them brandable. ie build a site and get visitors. you could try to sell it on ebay and get $x - $xx for it. imo I would not renew. good luck, thanks for your post.
