I think the problem here is your requirements beside the price. You want a keyword rich article in just 150 words so for example Texas Hold'em is the keyword, the writer would have probably used 30 words to repeat it 10 times so in every set of 5 words or so, your keyword will appear which makes your reading for bots, not humans.

However, I think the topic has digressed here in the above discussions so just let those who are able to write mechanical articles at such prices take up the job, I am sure Vishnu will love such a writer who likes to do such work because I am sure "best English" will be displayed by such a writer.
