We have sold a private link for $109 (12 months) of which we will pass on the details. It expires 09/09/2010. Also a link on a 12 month placement for $70 that expires 22/04/2011, we can pass the details on of this customer as well.

This has been a steady earner over the years, but took a huge hit a while back when Text Link Ads deleted all the gambling adverts. Since then it has been allowed back on. The revenue goes up and down, but is currently sitting at $27.50 per month.

Of course, there is plenty of potential here, as it has taken a backseat since 2008. It used to average around $150+ per month.

There is plenty of potential to either promote, or keep it running with a passive income. Promoting relevant click bank products or even promoting online casinos would be a great way to increase the income, then it is just down to traffic generation.

Also, I suggest introducing a easy to find contact page, or even a page dedicated to private advertising to increase interest in link sales.


Why I'm Selling the Site?

Whilst I have hardly touched the site and therefore this is a fairly passive income, I have recently purchased a business and could do with the funds to expand it further.

Traffic Statistics

The site had been on our Google Analytics since 2007 and in this time received 2,023 visits / 3,265 page views.
