Summary: Poker Sharks Online operates as a poker affiliate website. It receives commission based on the amount of rake players generate. (20-25%) of the total MGR. Each month PSO receives a rake affiliate payment. Off of that I generally give players signed up under my account about 60-70% of that amount (as an incentive to play) although you could return any or none of that.

Status: The site is largely completed and has been operating for 4 months. Some broken links and incomplete pages exist, but the main crucial pages are set to go. I have already signed up over 20 players under the site through advertising and typing the site link in various online poker room chat boxes. Someone with good marketing/advertising skills could easily turn this into a $1,000 per month site. (Already at 200-500$)

Ownership: Everything on the site is 100% unique and custom built. All logos, images and text are fully owned.

Reason for Selling: I have little time to update or manage the site. Id rather turn this over to someone that could develop it into something larger. I truly believe it has the makings of something big...

Price: I'm not really sure of a fair price at the moment. I do know that I have put in hundreds of hours developing the site. I also know that the site makes a minimum of $200 a month (up to $500) with the potential of much more to someone with great marketing skills. Please factor these points into your bids. All fair bids will be considered but I cant promise anything....

You may be asking why the BIN price is just $3,000 given my trailing 2 months of $1,000 + revenue... Its because I give 60-70% of that back as an incentive for people to sign up through my site (its called rakeback) and its done through transfers on full tilt. It keep the players happy and rakeback actually funds the growth of next months rakeback if you understand what I mean...

Oh and people will likely be asking about the UIGEA law dealing with the online poker ban. It has affected sites like partypoker etc. However my site advertises mainly US based sites like pokerstars, full tilt, ultimate bet, and absolute poker which CAN ACCEPT US PLAYERS. The sites ARE NOT affected by any United States laws nor will they be in the near future since they are not publicly traded companies. You can still market to non US based players regardless of what happens...

    Thanks and happy bidding :)
    Revenue Details:

The site generates revenue through poker affiliate MGR ... mainly through Full Tilt Poker currently. All current sign ups will be transferred to the owner March 1st. The site also has affiliate accounts set up through other websites like pokerstars, ultimatebet etc. All of these are listed on the main page.

I also recently signed up through amazon's affiliate program to sell books, dvds etc for poker education. I have no sales to date but that feature was just added not more than a week ago...
    Traffic Details:

I have some traffic coming in through paid hits. This will be set to run out this month. I would still expect close to 500-800 uniques a month without this paid traffic.
