I do consider only relevancy and domain age. I do careless on inbound / outbound links and never cared on PR / Alexa / Design.

 

Relevancy, Domain Age, and PR are good factors to considers. IL, OL, and Alexa rankings? Not so much.

 

Dofollow or not is also an issue for the quality of backlinks.

Alexa, PR, outgoing links and the domain age, this is what I consider while getting links for my sites.

You can also consider IP (Class C, Class D) for Link Building. TLD's like .com, .edu, .org etc.

 

Good points. TLD (Top Level domains) can give you very heavy quality Backlinks.

Relevancy only.

I dont look at what PR the site is because that could all change within a few months anyway so its essentially meaningless.

 

I don't like to repeat the same relevancey, IP, etc. Instead looking some other new suggestions.

 

I think relevancy is paramount but I look for good readable articles and content. And site age also has to rank up there as a considerable factor.
