Pointing domain - Restart Browser

    I worked on a website and then moved to another host. Pointed domain to that other host and now i'm currently waiting 48 hours to get site live. My friend tell me that on his computer he can open its already one.

    I tried with deleting browser data/cache.
    Same on Mozilla and Chrome.

    I even tried with IE to open the website but still the same.
    What can cause this problem

    After restarting the Wifi Router it started to work on my machine aswell
