When I looked up back links, they primarily looked like paid links. You might want to start a blog discussing foreclosure prevention, or post to personal finance forums. Writing articles would also help you establish yourself as a leader in the industry. A PR rank of 5 is pretty decent, and hopefully by keeping current with this stuff you can go up even higher. BTW, your onpage optimization looks pretty solid. I didn't do a keyword analysis, but honestly, everyone has different theories as to what the proper keyword density is.
