Poetry site with poems of people dead a long time ago

    i want to make a site with poems of my favorite writer : Byron.

    Do i enter any legal conflicts posting this poetry ?

    If what you want to publish is on project gutenberg then you should be able to legally publish it. If I recall it's 75 years after the person dies.
