Selling Podcast Directory -- custom script, user-based community -- very low price

Hey All,
This is a re-listing of a site I held for sale last year. In my previous auction, the winning bidder went MIA and never paid for it. And so, here I am again. I have set a Buy It Now to the price of the winning auction last go around.

The site I am selling is a podcasts directory that I created in 2006. It's custom developed in PHP and MySQL, supporting the following features:
*member-based -- users can register, subscribe, and submit podcasts
*user profiles -- supports profile pic, bio/personal section, custom contact info
*embedded streaming of podcasts
*mp3 download (by episode)
*organize and view by podcast categories
*admin control panel -- admin can log in to moderate podcast submissions (current backlog of submissions that have not been reviewed)

The reason I'm selling it is, because I don't have the time to develop it. In fact, I haven't worked on it in a number of years. I will probably be releasing a number of sites that I am selling for the same reason.

Sale does not include script resell rights.
