Selling Podcast Directory -- custom script, user-based community -- very low price

Hey All,
This is a podcasts directory that I created in 2006. It's custom developed in PHP and MySQL, supporting the following features:
*member-based -- users can register, subscribe, and submit podcasts
*user profiles -- supports profile pic, bio/personal section, custom contact info
*embedded streaming of podcasts
*mp3 download (by episode)
*organize and view by podcast categories
*admin control panel -- admin can log in to moderate podcast submissions (current backlog of submissions that have not been reviewed)

The reason I'm selling it is, because I don't have the time to develop it. In fact, I probably should've put this up for a sale a long time ago, as I haven't worked on it in a number of years. I will probably be releasing a number of sites that I am selling for the same reason.

Sale does not include script resell rights.

Is the script going to be exclusive to the buyer or do you plan on using it and/or selling it to others..?

The script will be exclusive to the buyer. I have a couple other sites based off a similar script I wrote, but this one for sale has specific podcast-related functions that are unique to this site/script.

Unfortunately, I don't plan on cleaning up the code. I'm pretty much selling it as is.

 

I plan to end this sale COB tomorrow (12/22).
