Selling Podcast Directory - created in 2005 - custom developed, user-based community

The site I am selling is a podcasts directory that I created in the end of 2005. It's custom developed in PHP and MySQL, supporting the following features:

*member-based -- users can register, subscribe, and submit podcasts
*user profiles -- supports profile pic, bio/personal section, custom contact info
*embedded streaming of podcasts
*mp3 download (by episode)
*organize and view by podcast categories
*admin control panel -- admin can log in to moderate podcast submissions (current backlog of submissions that have not been reviewed)

The reason I'm selling it is, because I don't have the time to develop it. In fact, I haven't worked on it in a number of years. As such, it is currently not being monetized.

This is a website that you can grow quickly, both in terms of content and search engine footprint. Content is user submitted, so maintenance is purely moderation of submissions.

Great history with Google and other search engines and well indexed. In fact, have not worked on growing website traffic in several years -- all current traffic is organic, hundreds of pages indexed by Google.
