For sale is the developed website http://www.pocket-bike-racing.com.au

This is a VERY regretable sale. The reason I am selling the website is because I require the capital. This site is a very good earner and is still yet to reach it's full potential.

The website consists of content pages and a forum community located at http://www.pocket-bike-racing.com.au/forum/index.php

Revenue is generated through affiliate sales, adsense, selling text link ads, aswell as through direct advertisers on the site.

Ideally, the buyer would be located in Australia, however I will consider international buyers, whereby I can lease out the domain name.

The minimum bid amount I will consider is $17,000 usd. however I expect alot more. Alot of work and money has been invested in this site.

I would have no problem communicating with prospective buyers over the phone. Currently, I can only be contacted via a cell phone. Alternatively, we can communicate over MSN messenger and/or email.

It could also be arranged that I continue to manage the forums for a minimal fee, aswell as take care of search engine marketing requirements.

The website has been developed for almost a year now, with the forums being launched in Dec 04.

With regards to traffic, it receives about 90,000 visitors a month, and half a million page views.

Although the site is Australian based, it does receive alot of US and international traffic.

Pocket-Bike-Racing.com.au is without a doubt the fastest growing pocket bike racing community on the internet, with 1500+ members and 21,000 forum posts.

Traffic stats until June 05 can be viewed at http://www.pocket-bike-racing.com.au/pocket-bike-advertising.shtml

As previously stated though, the site now generates about 90,000 visitors a month.

Revenue stats can be shown to serious bidders.

Escrow.com can be accepted, whereby the fee's can be split.

If you have any other concerns I haven't addressed, please feel free to contact me at david @ pocket-bike-racing.com.au (without the spaces)

    Happy Bidding!

I'm interested in a breakdown of the revenue based on the different categories you mentioned. Also, you mention potential, how do you envision this would be realised? Finally, what sort of annual fee would you want for continuing to manage the site and its content?

    A PM is fine.
