.PNG --> (X)HTML & CSS Coder Needed

Hey, I have created my first outline of a proper layout. It is in .PNG and conatins just a frame of the layout. I am paying someone in the design section to make the graphics, so now I need a coder.

I will give the .PNG layout, and dummy graphics. Which I will replace withe real ones once coded. I will tell you how it needs to be coded, and how it will work. Its only one page, and I need the following features to be added to the coding;

Valid (X)HTML and CSS,
Hand written coding, no generated,
Code must be neat, and load quickly,
No tables,
Must work with IE 6 & 7,
FireFox,
Safari, and Opera,

If anyone is intrested, I am looking for someone who as good experince and can code to all my requirments. I will also give details on how the layout should be coded, etc.

Screenshot will be coming later. Also I have had a lot of offers via PM, all good coders and at a good price as low as $15 USD. I am willing to look at more coders before I make a decsion.

Also I must also say, the layout is very simple. It was made in paint, so its not a complex detailed layout. I only want the basic code for the basic layout, as I am adding all complex and features myself.

 

After I see the screenshot, I could jump with a price. It can vary from $40 to $80.

Okay thanks for that pricing, however I cannot see myself paying $40 USD or more for a job that as been offered to me by other good coders who have offered it for $15.

Anyways I am still looking for more, coders.

You won't find a good coder for $15 - you may think he is good, but take it from a professional

If it's made and paint and is simple, it would probably only take an hour and I could do it for not much more than the cheap guys.

 

I ain't looking for cheap coding, I was just saying that I have been offered coding from people with good iTrader for low prices.

If you can code the layout for me, and meet all requirments in post number one feel free to drop me a PM.
