Suggestion PM's

    I think you should reduce the time we have to wait between sending PM's... I am currently in negotiations with 3 members via PM, about various things, and i am having to wait 5 minutes between each reply i can make.

    Please could this be lowered?

    It's automatically lowered later when you are an established member.
