Seems that you're alone in that notion so far.

I hope Shawn takes this into consideration.

Would like to suggest that please do try to think of a better solution. If you can't then only implement this.

Jerlene, you're missing Royal SEO's point. Some arbitrary rule won't stop some spam, but it will impact sales. And selling to noobs works out just fine most of the time. A lot of times, they found the post through Google and signed up to take advantage of the offer. And PM is the feature of DP that allows business to be taken privately.
Besides, I don't remember...but peons can't post at all in BST, right? Or is it just starting threads? Because then they really need PM to get service.
Anyway, I almost never get this spam...I read about it, but the worst I ever get are random invites to other forums. It's never been a problem here. Maybe something about your location? It used to be more...inviting. Maybe you built a fan club?
Royal Seo, I'll take that free sample now:D

Hope that clears out why I am so desperate for not having that rule.

Thanks amanamission, too bad I closed the service for a month or I would have at least given you free bookmarks. Anyways, my rep service is up [IMG]

    I'm not missing anyone's point.

Yes a spammer is a spammer but almost no spammer will stay here for the duration of 2 weeks and make 25 posts just to get a PM sent out.

Right but there are times when it doesn't work out. A lot of members wouldn't do business with a total newbie.

It's also the feature that allows spam.

They can post within a thread if they're interested and if they are interested then they'll let the OP know and the OP can PM them or they can take it via email or IM.

Well there are a lot of members that do and they're sick of it.

Seriously, 25 posts is nothing to be complaining about. It's stupid to object something so minuscule.
