PM Spam..

    Whats the rule, and procedure here for PM Spam? Been getting alot of link building spam since i started posting in the link sales area.. they all say "Thanks for your request.. " Bleh, I haven't requested anything .. I'm not buying :p I'm selling ;)

    So do ya guys just delete these, or do ya report them here?

    You can do either. I tend just to ignore them.

    If u really think they are spam, Try to forward them to moderators and they might do something regarding it.

    Usually nothing can be done regarding the PM spams...

    If someone gets a spam in thier PM,just report it to someone on the staff and im sure they will be banned straight away!! (Almost all sites im on will ban someone if they spam members)

    I would add the senders to the 'ignore list' if I get spam pms .
    Luckily I haven't got any spam pms yet ;)

    a couple days ago i thought i was getting some pm spam, but it actually was somebody responding to a request from months ago.

    I ignore email spam.. but PM spam.. GRRRR.. I use my pm's OFTEN, in lotsa forums, I try to answer them ASAP, I don't like interupting what I'm doing to go look at spam .. ick :p But I dunno, we all have our pet peeves, and besides, I needed something to whine about today :p :p :p

    haven't gotten any :) I don't know why people spam anyway, makes yoru site look desperate/trasy.
