I have seen other VB powered forums have this functionality... it makes PMing that little bit easier. What do ya reckon?
It's available now in the drop down menu by clicking on the member's name in each post. Every graphic you add slows down page load just a little so in general it's best to keep forum graphics to the absolute minimum.
