you can do that by creating some good and clear meta_tags (do not forget about the lenght) especially your meta_keywords

It happened to me also and I've kept on building backlinks and after some time the traffic had a boost way better than last time.

From current title u can get my keywords.

your title is more then long, the maximum recommended lenght for the meta_title is 80 characters, including spaces..

is up to you if you change it or not and i can not provide you any title for your site, sorry
