From the terms and conditions:

Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings.

i also wait for my first check and the last five sales paid by EUDD.
What is that ?
Its no paypal and no creditcard. I sell on the german market so if everybody pay with this method i never will recieve my money

you sold 2 books until 2009 !
Who knows if you dont open the clickbank account ot get the 2 books each for 5 usd instead of 29 usd ( only as example )
For this are the rules who make clickbank.

PS I asked some days before what is EUDD. Its not important now on the same day i get the notice for my first check clickbank will pay it the next days
