A couple weeks ago I began a new proxy called PlzDontBlock.Us and it can be found at: http://plzdontblock.us/ I was going for a bit more of a "comical" design for this one, as even the name and use of internet slang gives the impression of something a bit less professional, as well as possibly geeky and modern. A few key points about the site and design are: -I didn't want to flood it with advertisements. It is for this reason that only single ad can be found on the first page. I may add an additional one eventually though. -I didn't want the form to appear right at the top for users. I expect them to have to scroll and take a bit of time before accessing what they want. However, the pain of having to scroll that little bit is hopefully eased by those elements of humour which are present in the design. -I intended for the layout to look sloppy. No, I'm not that bad at drawing. xP I suppose that highlights most of the things that I'd like users to be aware of. Anyway, I was hoping that some could offer some feedback on the design of the proxy. All comments and criticism would of course be encouraged and appreciated. Thanks, Daniel St. Jules
The web design on your page is excellent. I tested out the proxy itself and it seemed to work adequately, but I was disapointed that it did not support Java (for chatrooms).
