Your site is fine as far look and feel. It's clean and easily readable. Can't go wrong with that. But, you have way too many words on your front page. Replace it with short attention getters and move all that text onto another page, and split all those words up with subtitles. People like little, well separated chunks.
Same as above. You could do with a frame around your text, and maybe a color to make it more appealing to the eye.
As per look and feel, your site is above average, no dark colors, plain white background, I like all this. If you don't mind, I would like to give one suggestion to you, I think the text on the homepage is too big to read at once, so just break it in parts. I can't give suggestions on what parts it should be, but as you have highlighted some words on homepage, and if they are the main parts then you can make subsections of that. One more thing, font type and font size on each page does not seem to be same, as per my view it should be same on every page. Well... thats all for now, but I am still going through your site and I will surely let you know if I found some suggestions about your site.
when someone first see your website, he will see a lot of text and he will get tired to read it at all, try to create another page with a formatted text and images, hope this help you , good luck
