    I am not familiar with blogspot on how far can you modify your layout.. Can you include an ad at the sidebar above fold? That would give you a good start. But before that, what have you done to market your blog ;) Do understand that you need traffic before any clicks can happen.

    if you know seo so please read some free seo ebooks and start doing seo work on your blogs so you can get some traffic and make some money via Google Adsense. and daily quality post on your blogs(information Article, News Etc.)
