OMG! There's session IDs in the urls and non-pretty urls in need of mod_rewrite. Examples: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blog.php? http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/entry.php?2383-New-CMS-Tutorial-Managing-Sections-and-Content http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blog.php?259494-Don-Kuramura edit: And of course all the garbage just got stripped. Oh well. Please tell me that's just the way they have it setup over there. Our phpbb installs can do a pretty permalink. Why can't vBulletin?
It's just how they have their's setup. There are different options on how you want your URLs to look: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/entry.php?2348-vB-4-0-SEO-Features
And all the time I thought they were available on vbulletin.org lol. I guess I was wrong. So is the development team over DP same as Mods or is it something off DP. ?
Its officially available for pre-sale buyers, are we going to install it anytime soon or after a few updates to the software?
Give him time. I'm sure Shawn has an awful lot of custom updates he'll have to deal with before it gets installed on DP.
There is no timeframe on getting it installed here. I have a LOT of plug-ins and templates to update before it's even an option.
Is Beta 3 good enough to be installed on a forum this size? The thread at VB says some scary things...
