Well if your traffic's major source come from Social Bookmarking website then you can't expect high revenue as SB traffic not convert very well. Put quality content and work on quality traffic which comes from SEs and quality sites!
Try using Flash Ads instead of text based ads. They offer good value. Also, try researching more on the proper ads placement.

Since you review softwares you should definitely give affiliate marketing a shot. You should probably check out CJ and some other independent merchants. However, this will probably cause your blog to be biased towards the product you're a affiliate of. And I'm hearing that bing ad program prays pretty well, but only available to U.S. citizens.
Here go to LINK SALES in BST section of this forum. There is all you would want to know about link sales. Understand which links are priced high and why they are so. And develop your blog accordingly.
First, your ad placement really really sucks. It isn't even remotely close to the content of your articles, and they do not stand out at all. Secondly, only 17% of your traffic comes from the US. Most of it is from India, and that might not be good for how much you get paid for each click. It would help if you would say what your CTR is so we can see if you are having problems getting clicks, or if your niche doesn't pay much per click. From what you told us so far, you earning 3-6 dollars on 2,000 visitors seems normal to me after browsing your site. Are you researching your keywords before you throw out an article on your blog? I look at 3 of your articles, I searched google for the keywords in your titles, and there are not any advertisers bidding for those keyword. You can't make money if there are not any people bidding on keywords you are targeting. If you want more earning, keep doing whatever you did to get traffic and get more visitors. Also make more blogs in multiple niches and work on those. Do some research or your niche and how much it can actually pay you before you devote time into something. I am guessing you are throwing out articles without doing keyword research and what the CPC for each keyword and keyword string is. That, added with the social traffic you say you are getting, is going to make your earning garbage. Social traffic doesn't click. Also, most your traffic is coming from India.
