    first thing you must seperate the Site name from other text in the header. I believe its more like a web page than a website.

    Honestly there is way to many ad's all over the site & the colors are not very welcoming.

    The theme is simple overall but the way you placed your ads and links is not professional.Also the footer is missing.Usually the address will go on the footer side but you have put that on the header.This is not a problem but with this nice domain you could do better.
