    I actually like it, I think having both sidebars is beneficial to you and by the sounds of it, will be more advantageous down the road. Keep up the hard work and don't give up on it.

    site loads slow,
    the posts are too large , and too much white spaces in them , i have to scroll to much to read something,
    no proper site navigation
    categories - no categories..

    Your site is very beautiful. I think you add more color and change font to attract users. I also suggest you to insert Company name who offer you.
    You have to provide all the details about company who want to join new comer. It is beneficiary that people who want to search a job in respect of their profile and education.
