I think you need to add some intro text or something, too much content, so it's hard to see what's going on. But, apart from that it looks good

As for the logo, I kind of like your "logo" font right now. While not frivoulous, it convey respect. It fits very well with the black background.

I'm think'in about logo, but I draw very bad :">
I'm planing to place ads on header, but I prefer my own logo so now, it's only a blank space
