    I like the colour but the right hand side looks a bit odd and is too close to the main content in my browser

    On my browser the "great success" pic is too large for the main content and is pushing into the sidebar. Makes the site look a bit off. Other than that it's pretty good.

    Avoid popups in your site and banners at the top of the page. Users will get irritated at seeing them. You can keep them with little space between one banner to another or keep them either at the bottom or the right hand side of the page.

    I have not found the main content of your site. There is a lot off adds. Why a visitor will stay in your site just for looking and clicking in adds. Give some main content in your home page for good result.
