    try adding picture for some of the post and if u can put a menu with the categories of the posts it will be easier to look in the site

    I would say definitely add some pictures in there.

    Seriously ask yourself if you need those things in the side bar. Do people actually click on them ? or are they there just for you?

    Be mindful of how many ads you have. I went to a post and the first thing I saw was a pop up then an ad and then content.

    If you're going to put an ad at the top, make the text wrap around it.
