The design is great. It seems easy on the eyes, and doesn't shout "STOP NOW!!! GO BACK!" -- The directory is simple, and easy to navigate. Not too much going on, which is a good thing. The ad placement is pretty good. But if I may suggest something, I'd say go for the 728 x 90 at the top in replace of the 468 x 60 ad, if you can fit it in of course. And maybe lose or change the border? Your choice... But, I'm guessing it isn't complete right yet? Either way, it has potential. Good luck!
imo - your using a free template with adsense and banners all over it while having a review fee of $25/ minimum. If your going to charge for submission reviews remove the competing adsense and banner ads so you can effectively promote the sites that are paying to be reviewed and promoted on the site. Again that is just my opinion.
I would make both 468x60 banners aligned the same way as now AdSense banner is centered while Affiliate banner below is aligned to left.
I like the colors and the design its simple and fast,my suggestions are: * change the color of the ads links to dark blue (insted of red) and how Alcance said before,you should remove or put the border white. * put the search form smaller just my 2 cents
