HEader looks cool though its not that connected to the niche the "write a guest post for free" feature is too shiny in my opinion and draws the attention from your content, witch should be more important. Also why would anyone need to pay for posting? Unless you allow people to post a lot of ads or affiliate links, thus ruining the content. Personally i didn't find anything helpful for myself there, but this can be different for other people. Otherwise it looks great.
The web design is not bad, however I don really know what is the blog for? a listing of money blog or advertisement? May be the objective of the blog and content is not so clear. Anyway, just my opinion =). Overall it looks good!
