    The colors are nice and they make the site look clean. The big size images inside the posts look great.

    H1 tag might be added to improve onsite SEO.

    My overall impressions are excellent! Good job :)

    Great content u have there.

    About the layout. I am sure that you did some research before you`ve launched the site. And i am sure that you noticed that almost all health sites use neutral colours: green, blue - mostly. It is important to use the proper colours. Green and blue looks clean, healthy, natural and gives comfort to reader`s eyes.
    So, i think you should change the colours from the header. Red makes me think at blood and makes me anxious.
    Also the brown buttons aren`t the best choice.

    Take out the empty boxes(Advertisement), they look unprofessional.

    The health domain is a wide one. When i saw the + icons on the categories, i thought there was a dropdown menu for subcategories. But there wasn`t :) Maybe u should use subcategories...
