    The blog was fast in loading and easy to navigate.There are interesting article to read and useful too.The body part looks clean and simple but need to add a good design for header and menu parts.

    Well, the google ad which you have put in the 1st post is not good i think.
    You are already using two ad units on the side bars.
    Thats enough.
    Atleast don't use ads in the posts on the homepage.
    But you can use them inside the posts, so that a visitor sees them after opening that particular posts.
    And the logo you have used seems to be not much clear. Use a better resolution.

    Change Make Money header graphics. At least same it as higher resolution image to get rid of those artifacts.

    ur blog is really very nice.. I like ut bold and visit again.. But I don't like the site mginger - its not a good site - u can't earn money from it - very slow site.. I already left it...
