    1 - Your mailing list link isn't valid
    2 - Your advertise, privacy and about links lead to ugly/non-standard pages

    The layout looks alrigth, though it looks way to complex.
    When you put ads on it, it will distract people from the ads. So make it look simple but nice :)

    I agree, also the site looks like it was made from a web hosting template.
