    Top area looks too plain with all of the text, try adding a photograph to the very left of the header. Also, I would change the adsense red text to black so they're easier to read.

    change the sidebar color. gray is just too dull. your blog is really hot. although i dont like the sidebar, visitor would be directly drawn to those images anyways. content is king. hehe :D

    The theme isn't going with the concept of your site. Change it. Look at something vibrant.

    In my opinion, your upper banner, where you put your title, is too big, and mayb you can change all your pictures' size to the same, it looks much more comfortable.
