Why don't you report it yourself? It is quite simple just click on the Ads by Google and just fill up the feedback form and tell them what is wrong, won't take you a couple of minutes.

IMHO 1 report detailing any violations is enough, more reports will just overwhelm the Adsense help center and do no one good. Swamping them with reports from DP members will be the last thing on my mind.

What are we the Adsense fun Police.. trust us Google has far more intelligent software to filter out these scammy sites than we even realise.. its up to Adwords owners to monitor their own ads in the content network.

Yeah, just as everyone's saying, Google will find out eventually, just like they've demolished pagerank.

I could turn it into a full time job, hunting down websites, that violate AdSense TOS. Not really worth my time.

Exactly, you have the option to exclude sites from your advertising campaign if it bothers you that much.

If you reported them and Google finds a violation, they will ban them from Adsense. Multiple reports will do no good. Google is capable of finding these sites prior to payment. Are you sure this is not just a competitor that you are trying to get rid of?

chantal advertising is allowed for adsense and you can by traffic from adwords
    or adengage or any other!
so this is not violation and more than 30% of adsense publishers that earn good money buy ads on adwords and others network!

Those who see it report it, thats it. It is not so heinous a crime that it should be posted on the forum to make everyone submit a report to Adsense. One report is enough, just let Adsense handle it.
