Is there affiliate programs used for link referal (ex: forum signiture)? Each user can sign up and get a unique referral url. They can then use them in forum signature or links on their own blog. Maybe the total click would then be counted for each person to reward them. BTW, are are referral links ending with "ref..." SEO friendly to Google? Would this form of affiliated program has a negative impact on my Google ranking? Thanks in advance
Don't get what you mean. It seems that you are looking for 2nd tier affiliate programs. If that's the case then there are hundreds of these types of programs in the affiliate programs directory listed below in this post. But even with these you don't earn per click. You will earn from referring others and then they will earn for you if you get some good referrals that is and that's if you signup to the 2 tier program.
