I am looking for example websites with the following type of AdSense ad size :



Plz note that the AdSense ad example I am looking for is : The ad has nothing but the header and it's horizontal and is of about 4mm in height.

Plz show me example websites of this type of AdSense examples.

You want a Link Unit, it's in your control panel along with Ad Unit and Search.

 

AFAIK, clicks on the link unit won't get you any income. You will get income only if the user clicks on an ad on the resulting page.

 

That's correct. As for the ad size and format, it's just one of the standard link units - nothing special.
