Is anyone else fed up with "How to Make $1,000,000" threads? They invariably end with 'please PM me for info' - followed by numerous 'PM me the info' posts. It's all about $1 eBook selling (+iTrader points) and sub affiliate recruiting via PM - there's practically no public information sharing going on anymore. Posting affiliate links and sub affiliate recruiting is verboten in threads - surely making a thread to promote the same activity via PM should also be frowned upon. Would disabling PMs for new members (say for 2 weeks) be a feasible way to stop these useless threads? Or do I need to chill out and ignore this crap?
I think a script should be put in place for all new members creating ebook threads. This script should replace the words "$8300.00 (or any figure)", "$1 million" and "ebook" with the word "goat" for 1 month or 500 posts. That will certainly stop them.
its ridiculous. If anyone can make 100k with his strategy or somethink, why would he reveal that secret for couple bucks !?!?!?
