    I suggest you to search for a VPS company within your country who accepts payment via check or wire transfer.

    Your VISA isn't accepted by PayPal? Cause if it is then you can buy from any company that offers PayPal payments (which means from almost any company).

    Almost EVERY host I see accepts PayPal. It's safe and your credit card information is not disclosed to the seller.
