Your looks great as is. May be a little color work in the header will add to it.

 

I would say the sidebar needs work (make it all the same color and flow better) and the logo could look better. I do think you have done a good job so far though.

 

the header i left it so i will add ad in it,
and the side bar i will try to do more work it...hope that you tell me what can i do in the side bar?

 

Again.. Probably I have to repeat that, to everyone in this section.. It looks like shit.. Only one thing you can remain, but you have to rework it a bit, it's background with the spider's net.. menus and header are looking totally weird.. check some cool templates on templatemonster, or somewhere, to understand what is cool, and what is not.. now it's 1/10..

You have some work to do: it tooks too much to load and it needs a better logo. I would start here.

 

Design of the site is not good you can take the some other attractive animated slides.
