plz How many back links i do ?

How many back links i do ? I have news website. I bookmark my all news in 2-3 bookmarking sites. Can you tell me more bookmarking is bad ? its effects on our site also...

 

Hi charmi2008 - you typically want to do about 10% of your current back links. So you if you currently have 1000 backlinks you should try to get about 100 for the month. Keep increasing this monthly by about 10%.

Google themselves have said not to worry about the number of backlinks. I always build as quickly as possible ... unless you're automating a process (spamming) or get onto the front page of digg or youtube etc. (and this leads to dofollow backlinks as people blog about you) then I wouldn't worry about too many links.

Remember, Google won't find all of those links immediately, it will take time.

I always want to know. If i put 10 link on 1 site , will it count 1 backlink or 10 ?

 

The first one will count most, the others will decrease in value. In short it is better to have ten links from ten sites, as long as they are relevant to yours, than ten links from one site. But ten links from one site is also better no links at all ;-) SY

 

2-3 backlinks isnt enough to rank

 

Its depend on quality back link which have more PR than your site.If you have 100 back links but not relevant according to your site as well as pr comparision to 10 backlinks good PR site then 10 back links is better than 100 backlink

You can build as many back link as you want. However, the link should be good quality and done manually.
