You need you to understand that I'm not doing affiliate marketing for "easy money". This is something I'm willing to put a lot of work into. So, I'd like to know what my odds of making $100 by next month. I need to know so I can set high but realistic goals for myself. And I know how much money I'll earn will depend on a lot of factors but if someone could reply with a best case scenario or the average scenario I'd really appreciate it. I'm putting in a lot of work and not taking this lightly. Here's what I'm doing: 3 days ago I started an affiliate marketing campaign, bum marketing to be exact. I foolishly aimed it at keywords with too much competition (between 1000 and 5000) and chose one measly niche. I've written 15 articles and could have written 25 if I had the experience I have now. I can realistically write more than10 articles per day which I hope will make the difference. I'm going to be doing keyword research on a couple different niches tomorrow and hopefully find something worth sniffing. Please tell me if my expectations of earning over $100 are unrealistic.
Get some ambition man I made just over $400 from my first month (and a tiny bit) on Clickbank doing just what you are doing now, and I didnt have a clue! With the right niche, good keyword research and some quality articles - try not to rehash old stuff, as I found out - and I reckon you could do a lot better than you think. Good luck

Just to be clear, I don't think I have problems with ambition, rather, I'm doubting my expectations. At this stage in my life I cant afford to shoot for the moon without a small amount of certainty I can make it. I think a lot of newbies have that problem, They don't know how much people start earning from the work most people put into this. It's like a dark closet.

They will give you all the tools you need for free - complete website templates, banners, articles you can rewrite, beginners guide and marketing e-books to help you start making sales. For example you can take one of the website templates, write 20-30 articles, get hosting and domain, upload your site and start promoting it.
