Plz Help: Strange Problem with PP

    HI there,

    My account is limited as soon as I made a payment via PP.
    Now, they are saying verify your credit card no.
    However, I had not uploaded a credit card..just my bank account.
    Now, when I try to Add a Card, it says you cannot since ur account is limited.
    The contact no. on the screen is 1-402-935-2050
    (a U.S. telephone number) but it does not seem to connect via my cell phone.

    PLEASE HELP!!

    yesterday i have paypal limit, but i contact them, and my paypal limit status is restore :)
