The way I think it works... buying a domain name from GoDaddy translates to "sending money." So, if PayPal didn't allow you to purchase a domain name, it means you can't send money either. You'd better verify this with PayPal.
kid, u already started this thread somewhere else on DP ... y'day rite ? get a cheap domain from any site like godaddy, it will cost u like 3 $ for the .info n like 6 $ for .com n find a free hosting, try this www.hostingcosmos.com its good for a start..
