    I Like to Start Social Networking site and dont know how to get members to that .. can any one give me some good ideas .. But i have no much budjet .. can u suggest me how to get members for free ...

    a simple way is to join forums that target the audience you want and have a link in your signature.

    also get friends and family involved and get them to tell their friends and so on.

    I think just contact some teens and tell them to have account on your site.
    Pay them cheap money for referral.
    Apart from this you can send mail to all your contacts and tell about your site.
    If you can afford then offer some lucky draw for visitors for some gift article.
