    it is just showing the steps but not showing the any link for adding Url even after folling the steps

    Submitting an add request to Dmoz is as difficult as posting to the correct section in DP

    1. Does your website serves the whole WORLD ? http://dmoz.com/
    If not, Does it Serve a continent? http://dmoz.com/Regional/North_America/
    If not, does it serve within a country ? http://dmoz.com/Regional/North_America/United_States/
    If not, does it serve a State ? http://dmoz.com/Regional/North_America/United_States/Maryland/
    If not does it serve a County ? http://dmoz.com/Regional/North_America/United_States/Maryland/Counties/Anne_Arundel/
    If not, does it serve a locality ? http://dmoz.com/Regional/North_America/United_States/Maryland/Localities/A/Annapolis/

    Some sites are mostly acceptable to localities. If your site is qualified at the top then it will be listed otherwise you have to wait until the water in gall bladder dries up totally if your site is of no content.

    But what is content ?
    If your site is like this http://www.plumbing911.com/
    it may be listed otherwise don't bother to submit until you have improved the content of your site for viewers SATISFACTION not your SATISFACTION.

    Sites like this are questionable http://www.aussie-info.com/

    Why ? Because many are crying why is their site not accepted. They say their site is of quality content. Sure Whatever.

    Navigate to the most appropriate category for your site and use the "suggest URL" link at the top of the page. If you do not see the option to suggest your site in a particular category, you'll need to navigate deeper down to a subcategory where submissions are accepted. Most top level categories do not accept suggestions.

    If you have a physical location like an actual business or office, you can also submit to the Regional category where your business is physically located (not the areas it serves).

    If your site offers substantive content in a language other than English, it may also be eligible for a listing in a World category. Machine translated content isn't accepted.
